TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Definitions

“Company”, “we”, “us” or “our” refers to Singh Brother Travels.

“Customer”, “you” or “your” refers to any individual or entity using our services.

“Services” covers all travel related services offered by us, including but not limited to car rentals (self‐drive or chauffeur driven), tempo travellers, airport pick up/drop, outstation journeys, group tours, etc.

2. Booking & Payment

Bookings are confirmed only when full payment or required advance is received unless otherwise agreed.

Payment methods accepted: [credit/debit cards, bank transfer, UPI, etc.].

You may need to submit identification (e.g. driver’s license, government ID) for verification.

3. Pricing & Taxes

All prices quoted are subject to availability.

Prices are inclusive / exclusive of applicable taxes , tolls, parking, fuel, driver allowances, etc. (as per your offerings).

Any extra cost due to route changes, delays, or extended usage beyond the agreed time will be charged to the customer.

4. Use of Vehicle / Conduct

The vehicle must only be used for lawful purposes.

No smoking in vehicles.

The customer is responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period, excluding normal wear & tear.

You must adhere to local driving laws and traffic rules. For chauffeur‐driven services, you must follow directions of the driver and any safety protocols.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Incase of cancellations post booking,refunds will be credited into your original payment methods within 7-10days.

6. Changes by the Customer

Any changes to the booking (date, time, vehicle type, route etc.) must be communicated at least [2] hdays in advance.

Subject to availability and possibly additional charges.

7. Changes by the Company

We reserve the right to make changes to vehicle allocation, drivers, or route if required.

In case of major changes which significantly affect the service, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a refund if no suitable alternative is acceptable.

8. Liabilities and Insurance

The vehicle is insured as per law; however, you are liable for deductibles / damages caused due to negligence or misuse.

We are not liable for losses, damages, or injury resulting from your misuse of the vehicle, force majeure (weather, natural disasters, strikes, etc.), or third‐party acts.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performing obligations due to events beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.).

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These T&C shall be governed by the laws of India].

Any dispute arising will be referred to Arbitration / local courts .
